DMCA Policy

Utilisation Ia Pentagone ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Utilisation Ia Pentagone website or online services (the "Service") that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notification and counter-notification. It is designed to make the process of reporting and resolving claims of copyright infringement as straightforward as possible.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on the Service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notification must be a written communication that substantially includes the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material (e.g., a URL link to the original work, title, author, and date of creation).
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide enough information to allow us to locate the material on our Service (e.g., specific URLs to the infringing content on Utilisation Ia Pentagone).
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party: This includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please send your DMCA Notice of Infringement to our designated Copyright Agent via the contact methods provided on our Contact Us page.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that substantially includes the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URLs where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located (or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Utilisation Ia Pentagone may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
